We are again facing another new filing requirement imposed by the Federal government. You must follow This important filing requirement to avoid hefty penalties of $500 per day.
This filing applies to all Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, and any other entity that has filed a formation with the Secretary of State.
This new regulation is effective as of January 1, 2024. If your company was established prior to January 1, 2024, you will have till January 1, 2025, to file this report.
Important: If your company was established on or after January 1, 2024, you will have only 90 days to file this report.
